PAYMENT OPTIONS

During the check out process you will be prompted to choose a payment option. The definitions listed are to help you decide which payment option best works for you.

When you choose Paypal as your payment option you are taken directly to Paypal to complete the transaction. Do not complete the Paypal transaction until you have received a freight quote from us.

All other payment options prompt our staff to contact you and provide a freight estimate. Transaction details are arranged at that time.

Payment Options North American Bound Orders

Credit Card By Phone

VISA or Mastercard (2.5% transaction fee applies)

Call us @ 1877-850-1767 and place an order over the phone with one of our sales agents.

Safefunds

($55.00 processing fee applies to any size order)

Set-up an account with www.safefunds.com (very quick and easy, safe and secure). All we need is your safefunds Public ID to collect payment.

For customers who wish to pay 50% at time of order and remainder upon receipt of goods

How it works:

Customer creates an order online and chooses safefunds as the payment method when prompted during checkout. The customer must include their safefunds public ID in the notes field during checkout. If the customer is not a safefunds member they must go to safefunds.com and set-up an account prior to ordering.
50% of the total invoice amount is due at time of order paid directly to Direct Cedar Supplies (this payment can be made by check wire transfer, Visa, mastercard, safefunds or paypal).

Upon receipt of the 50% deposit Direct Cedar Supplies will create an agreement for the remainder through Safefunds. This agreement is sent to the customer via e-mail for approval/acceptance. Upon acceptance the customer will be asked by safefunds to escrow the amount specified in the agreement.

Once the funds have been transferred into the reserve account Direct Cedar Supplies ship the order.

Once the product is received by the customer Direct Cedar Supplies will request that the funds be released from reserve by the customer.

The customer releases the funds to Direct Cedar Supplies to complete the transaction.

Paypal

Maximum transaction limit of $10,000 for verified members. Paypal members are encouraged to check their account transaction limits before ordering.

Wire Transfer

(No transaction fees) A sales representative will contact you with the wire transfer information and your freight quote.

Irrevocable Letter of Credit

For large international orders. Call for details.

Bank Draft or Certified Check

(No transaction fees) Once a sales representative has contacted you with a freight quote send your check or bank draft the address below. Personal checks will not be accepted.
